Is it the heat, is it the stress of her pending divorce, or is it just her pent-up sexual frustration that brings on our heroine's "Sexual Delirium?" It doesn't really matter what the cause is; all that counts are the torrid scenes that her fevered imagination conjures. Stephanie Swift stars as a woman who is constantly hallucinating, seeing people in and around her house having sex. These lust-filled visions make her question her own sanity and, finally, drive her to the brink of desire.

Although some of the scenes are drawn out too long and seem a bit belabored, there are some real gems sprinkled throughout. For example, Swift's sleazy ex-husband screws his new girlfriend in the garage as she leans against a motorcycle. Once he has her motor purring, they move to the pool table where she gives his stiff cue stick a good polishing. Forget about the side and corner pockets, he goes straight for her fore and aft holes.

As the video draws to a conclusion, Stephanie discovers that there's only one cure for her particular ailment: a good, hard fucking. Fortunately, she's able to get the remedy she needs from her handsome, big-dicked lawyer.
