Of Axel Braun’s initial three offerings in the Wicked Fairy Tales line, Cinderella XXX feels by far the most genuinely fairy tale-like. Brimming with enchantment and mystical flair, it’s probably as close as anything will ever get to approximating an X-rated Disney movie.

Not only does the whole thing have the general ambience of a Disney picture, from the opulent costuming and sets to the truly impressive effects when Fairy Godmother Julia Ann works her sorcery, but the actors actually resemble Disney characters brought to life. Samantha Saint damn near embodies a walking, talking cartoon princess in the title role, with her milk saucer eyes, juicy lips and heaving bosom, while Veronica Avluv is indelibly sinister as the Evil Stepmother and Seth Gamble exudes boyish charm as Prince Edward.

Even the supporting players lend animation (so to speak) to the proceedings—in particular, emerging It girl Carter Cruise shows exactly why she’s such a hot commodity at the moment, totally stealing every scene she’s in with her ebullience and wild expressiveness. She and Penny Pax, as Cinderella’s evil stepsisters, basically tag-team molest their half-sibling in a blistering lesbian three-way toward the beginning that the two sneeringly tell their prey is a training lesson in the art of pleasure. Easily the movie’s standout scene.

Later, the evil duo blow royal aid Will Powers in an attempt to have him fib that they successful got their tootsies into Cinderella’s left-behind glass slipper. Of course, their plan is foiled when Cinderella reveals that she’s wearing the matching shoe, which sends her back into the arms of Edward for a consummatory bonk.

Without being overly effusive, this movie has a real glint of magic to it, as adult movies go, and we have no doubt it will cast a spell over many a viewer for a very long time to come.
