LOS ANGELES—After a two month transitional phase, Performers First Agency (PFA) announced today that its website and booking portal have officially launched.
PerformersFirst.com offers insight and information to the industry at large about the new agency’s ethos and mission and spotlights its talent roster that continues to grow weekly.
Along with spotlighting its talent, the site also officially introduces the team that is running PFA. Kristen Kaye, who was announced as the VP of Talent Management in early September 2023, is at the helm of the business as the bridge between the private equity group that purchased the former entity, Motley Model, and the industry at large. Kaye, an industry veteran with over 19 years of experience in adult entertainment marketing, public relations, business development and management, made changes on both the business and model representation fronts since taking the reins and is introducing Tiffany Ray as PFA’s booking agent.
Ray boasts an extensive background in the production side of the business. Having launched her career in 1989 as a performer, Ray brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to her role working hand-in-hand with performers. In addition to her experience being an adult model, Ray has had an illustrious career working in production. Most recently, Ray has served as Seth Gamble’s production manager for several years.
“We could not have found a better fit to fill the important role of Booking Agent at PFA,” said Kaye. “An agent needs to encompass many qualities and, of note, Tiffany embodies everything from being highly organized to very communicative, but what’s more, she is empathetic and has first hand knowledge of what performers go through and can tap into that awareness when navigating bookings and other situations that may arise.”
Ray added, “When I got the call from Kristen to discuss the opportunity to become the booking agent for PFA, I immediately knew she and I were in sync. Our values, morals and integrity aligned immediately that I knew this would be the right move in my career. I have spent decades cultivating professional relationships with performers and truly cherish the connections I have made—I hope to continue to be someone that these entertainers can rely on for career strategy and overall guidance.”
Performers First Agency endured a premature and tumultuous introduction to the industry. The buyout of Motley Models had been in the works for months prior to the social media frenzy of mid-September that expedited the announcement of change of ownership. Remaining steadfast to the new ownership’s core mission to revolutionize the way in which talent is represented in the adult industry and beyond, PFA says it "has weathered the storm and is slated to become a driving force for change in the adult entertainment community globally."
