LAS VEGAS—Adult star Drake Von once again was arrested on June 20 by local police in Las Vegas, AVN confirmed.
According to court records, Von was charged with a misdemeanor DUI for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled or prohibited substance.
TMZ reports that Von was driving his white Tesla and crashed it into another vehicle.
This development comes just weeks after he was arrested for alleged domestic battery and strangulation, which are felonies. He spent a brief stint in a Las Vegas jail for the initial arrest. Von told AVN at the time it was a "publicity stunt." In addition, Von's first arrest included charges of allegedly driving without a valid license, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without proof of insurance, and displaying a bogus plate.
He did not respond to a request for comment from AVN by press time.
Von co-hosted the 2026 GayVN Awards Show on January 22 in Las Vegas.
