Drake Von Arrested for Felony Domestic Battery in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS—Drake Von, a GayVN Award winner and one of the 2026 co-hosts of the annual awards show, was arrested Tuesday in Las Vegas on suspicion of domestic battery by strangulation and coercion constituting domestic violence with threat or use of physical force—both of which are felonies, TMZ reported.

He also faces a misdemeanor domestic battery in the first degree charge.

Von also faces charges of driving without a valid license, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without proper proof of insurance, and displaying a bogus plate. He is currently held in a Las Vegas area jail on $25,246 bond, the report said.

According to TMZ, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department alleges that Von assaulted his partner at a home in the Las Vegas Valley.

AVN reached out to Von for comment but received no response by press time. This is a developing story.
