Austin Wolf Pleads Guilty to Enticing a Minor for Sex

NEW YORK—Austin Wolf, the once popular gay adult entertainment star, entered a guilty plea to federal criminal charges at the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse in Manhattan on Friday.

According to court documents seen by AVN, Wolf admitted guilt to the felony of enticing a 15-year-old minor for unlawful sexual contact. Federal prosecutors revealed in the court documents that Wolf, 43, used end-to-end encrypted electronic messaging apps in late 2023 and early 2024 of luring the victim to his New York City apartment for sexual activity. Allegedly, Wolf did this in collaboration with another adult who aided in criminal conspiracy that breaks legal thresholds for determining predatory conduct.

A charge document notes Wolf "using a facility and means of interstate and foreign commerce, persuaded, induced, enticed, and coerced an individual who had not attained the age of 18 years to engage in prostitution and sexual activity for which a person can be charged with a criminal offense, and aided and abetted the same, and attempted to do the same [with] another individual [who] induced a 15-year-old minor to engage in sexual activities while in New York, New York."

Wolf is facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison. A judge ordered sentencing for September 29.

AVN reported earlier this week that Wolf's attorney signaled to the federal district court that he would plead guilty to federal charges. When he was arrested in 2024, Wolf was charged on child pornography charges.
