Here's another story in which fantasies become flesh, as a romance writer (Krista Lane) pens some heavy sex scenes that we get a close-up view of. This scantily-clad plot by Uncle Milty centers around Francois Papillon as a masked mystery man, who seems to be a product of Lane's fervid imagination, but turns out to be very real. But frankly, so what? He looks very silly having sex in a dainty costume-ball mask.

Dressed to Thrill does boast some good production qualities, with generally nice camera work, lighting and sound, along with decent, mostly unobtrusive editing for a change. There's no real story to speak of, though, nor enough humor or hot sex to make it work. Things pick up when Ron Jeremy pops in at a party scene, spouting off-the-wall improvised lines that lead to some steamy stuff.

Lane, Careena Collins and Maggie Randal all turn in some spirited sex scenes, but nothing that really smokes. The bulk of the action is wasted on a long, complicated leather-laden orgy, which doesn't live up to its potential. The woman writer in the story takes notes for her novel during many sex scenes; I found myself taking notes as well, on how there's a really good tape lurking around in Dressed to Thrill, but somehow it got all dressed up with no place to go.
