Adrianne Stone (Stormy Daniels) is having a very bad day ... she has been dumped by her boyfriend and fired from her dream job as the TV weather girl. Adrianne's roommate Gemma (a carefree stripper with a heart of gold) tries to help her friend find a new love interest, which only leads to disastrous results. Just when the forecast cannot get any worse, an unusual meeting proves that love can bloom in even the most unexpected circumstances. Join award-winning writer/director/performer Stormy Daniels in this quirky tale of friends, lovers and surprise second chances.
Besides being a major porn star for many years, Stormy Daniels has become quite adept at writing and directing cute little relationship comedies. This well-written feature, accented by universally strong acting performances, has Stormy playing the weather girl at a local television station who gets dumped by her boyfriend and loses her job to India Summer, who lets that same boyfriend fuck her in the ass. Bad day.
Her stripper roommate, played with verve by Lily Paige, advises her that she’s kind of dull (which is funny considering her sex appeal, killer tits, etc.) and needs to open up to new experiences, like visiting her at the strip club. Lily helps by eating Stormy out in their kitchen in a very hot lesbian scene, and Stormy moves on with her life by fucking Eric Masterson, who is very funny in a supporting role.
Daniels’ understanding of what makes relationships tick adds some realism to the breezy comedy, and the sex scenes, while not the hottest, do make sense in the context of the story. This is a very good new couples feature in a year where there haven’t been that many.
