One might worry that Lisa Ann’s impersonation of former veep candidate Sarah Palin would start to wear a little thin on the fifth go-round—but happily, one would be wrong. Hustler parody vet Axel Braun tackles his third Palin project, aided by solid production values, robust storyline and an attractive cast. The fun starts with a droll revamping of the theme song to The Mary Tyler Moore Show, dedicated to that sexy lipstick-wearing pitbull “who can wink and smile just like a dream.”

The setup’s simple: With spare time on her hands, the former gov heads to Hollywood to cinch a role in her own biopic but ends up in a Sapphic clinch with Tina Fey (Sindee Jennings). She also aims for a spot on America’s Next Top Governor (alongside Otto Bauer as a boozy David Hasselhoff) and a hosting gig on her own talk show with guests Levi Johnson (Scott Stone), Samantha Ronson (Lyla Storm) and Criss Angel (Alan Stafford), who performs a little backstage magic with Palin after the curtain comes down.

In the end Palin finds a home in Porn Valley instead, working on a set with Braun, playing himself, directing her in an interracial scene with Sean Michaels that culminates with his 11-inch sausage buried deep in her buns.

Also well worth noting is the appearance of Tori Black and Anthony Rosano in the TV show CSI: Wasilla, which finds them investigating their own bodily fluids after finding Keith Olbermann’s body in a basement.

And on top of all that are the DVD extras, including bloopers and BTS (most notably an endearing interview with Black) and a bonus scene from Hustler’s Scary Big Dicks 2 that features Nicole Ray, who appears in the main DVD as a contestant on America’s Next Top Governor, performing a little quid pro blow (and more) on Hasselhoff.
