Frank Bukkwyd's the ghostly butler in an upscale neo-Victorian house, now changing owners, where there used to be a lot of sex going on — and Bukkwyd gives the viewer a guided tour of it all.

Best is the "flashback" to the 1920s, with flapper Vanessa Lane seducing gardener Justin Magnum for reverse cowgirl, doggie and mish — and she literally glows during orgasm.
