So starts macho man Rick Savage's "home video for the galaxy," and he promptly invites the viewer dungeon-side. Caged like a bird at the video's outset, Mayhem gets treated in the manner of her name over almost an hour of BDSM.

Savage starts by removing cups from his slave's small nips (which are, as the title implies, the DVD's main focus), bringing the girl out of lock-up to strip nude and dress in restraints. He chains her to a metal "X" before yanking her titties and flogging them with a leather whip. Forceps, tweezers, and twine work together, stretching her baby-bottle-tops as Rick ties her up all around; and – after a neat trick with water in some plastic sacks – red candle-wax closes everything out.

Retailing: Above-average nipple torture will sell pretty well.
