Director Cash Markman gives us an engagingly humorous romp with a series of cheating neighbors and Gladys Kravitz-like snooping. The screenplay is often laugh out loud funny, especially in the hands of deft actor Randy Spears, and a surprisingly good and revolting cross-dressing Mike Horner as Spears's wife. Filmed and edited well, this feature is as good for the acting as it is for the sex.

The action sizzles, though we've seen most of it before. Spear's gets a few turns with the ladies, jabbing campy fun while remaining to be steamy with Nicki Hunter. Lauren Phoenix also shines in her energetic anal turn.
