If you [haven't even] seen one struggling video you've seen them all – at least that's how fatally monotonous they seem to non-specialty viewers. However, those in the loop (ouch!) hold a radically different opinion. As bad as The Judge is to indifferent eyes, it may come off as a little slice of heaven for those who get off watching pretty girls squirming around like a new butterfly collection.
And that they do! For ages, it seems. Knotsmanship receives far less attention than is paid to costumed gals hogtied on the bed, in a chair, to a rack, etc. Each is preceded by a goofy little scenario that could qualify for worst dialogue of the year, but at least they contain a slight sense of humor that the competition usually lacks. (Particularly the magician sequence.)
An exceptionally middle class house serves as location base for material supposedly set in a judge's chambers – but that comes as no surprise.
(Note: the copyright on the credits clearly reads "2002," so order at your own risk.)
Retailing: For a very select audience, it's the right stuff.
