Annette, a wispy German, shepherds a bunch of anonymous cocks into her mouth and ass with such a goofy Disneyland smile that it makes us uncomfortable. Apparently this is what Thompson is going for since she never wipes the rictus-like grin off her face - even when it's covered in spooge; a frequent occurrence in this semi-bukakke release.

We say "semi" because of the [comparatively] small volume of groin grease per scene, but the final effect is much the same. It's in her hair, up her nose, dribbling off her chin? and eventually making its way to a receptacle that Annette then downs again. (Probably because it's easier to blow bubbles with recycled jizz is our best guess.)
