A ludicrous script, hachet-job editing, overly loud music and stilted acting only begin to describe the problems with this oldie moldy. The lead couple invites friends over for a night of swinging. Rounds of strip poker, Twister and an answer-three-wishes are played out over increasingly mounting tension, peppered with decidedly unsexy conversations about politics, work and racism.
The uneasy and tentative sex is chopped off as couples just get started, thank God; we only recall one actual orgasm in the whole bunch. All this and an offensive gay bashing to finish the party. The last shot is the wife holding her head, shaking in disbelief, as hubby suggests another party. We share her pain.
Retailing: The age of this might spark someone's nostalgia, but that's about it.
