There's a thin line between stupid-stupid and amusing-stupid. Millionaire falls somewhere in between. The premise has nothing to do with quiz shows, but rather concerns the hunt for an heiress to a recently deceased businessman whose wealth is exceeded only by his sexual proclivities. (For example, he has a threesome in the direct path of a landing jet - leading not only to his untimely demise but a funny CGI sequence.)
Like most dubbed imports, Millionaire's appeal lies is in its cast and locations, not the verbal jokes, which tend to get lost in translation. As many of the performers are unknown, we can only state that the action appears frequently and is frequently arousing, though curiously sans moans and groans in certain scenes.
