Hey, even in 1982, this was old hat, and nothing except the plethora of decent actresses gives this poorly shot vid any distinction.

Ron's the only guy around, so all the sex is with him. This includes a couple of b.j.-only scenes, several couplings and one threeway, not all of which show cumshots - but who's counting? None of the scenes deliver much heat, and every recognizable actress has done much better work elsewhere. Plus, you'd think a guy with that big an inheritance would live in a nicer (and larger) apartment!
