The alternate language selection is English, and the dubbing is unsynchronized, sort of like Woody Allen's What's Up Tiger Lilly, without the humor. Since this release is vaguely supposed to be plot driven, the lip-synching detracts from the storyline, which is hard to follow anyway. It seems to have something to do with making sexual liaisons over the Internet as suggested by the title. An uncredited Franco Roccaforte appears to be the lead because he does several scenes with dialog.
The sex is hot in most of the couplings, but there are way too many camera effects to promote continuous masturbation. It is more like a music video with quick edits and color changes, difficult to watch if your eyes are older then 20 or so.
