Presented as a "documentary" NCC 37 is nothing more than a handheld camera view of your standard Spring Break and Mardi Gras flashers.

Complete with drunk crowds screaming "we want bush" (no, it's not a political rally), a series of young Spring Break girls (from 2003 and 2004) are wetted down and then lead to the front of the stage to (sometimes) bare all for cash prizes. There's also some mundane shots of flashing in Mardi Gras, but nothing really to make you give up your beads. Three filler segments - single females in various states of masturbation (one a "squirter") - fill the running length but show no "documentary" (or real erotic) qualities.

NCC37 is standard fare for those seeking not-so-wild girls with their tits exposed.
