One would like to think that if Quentin Tarantino were making porn, Kill Bill’s Uma Thurman would have fucked all her targets to death — not unlike Julia Ann more-or-less does here. Of course, Uma didn’t have a dead husband (Randy Spears) constantly at her side to egg her on.
Julia doesn’t have quite the steely determination of Ms. Thurman, but hey, these guys — pretty much the entire male cast — killed Spears, so they’ve got to pay.
Of Julia’s three solid scenes, the best is her “date” with Evan Stone where she takes him home, undresses him in bed, fucks him cowgirl and doggie in the dim light, stabs him and then licks the blood from the knife.
Also in fine form is Jessica Drake, who cuckolds hubby Brad Armstrong with flunky Steven St. Croix on a staircase with doggie, 69 and cowgirl — and a quick re-dressing as Brad’s car pulls into the driveway.
The sex is, yes, killer, but more importantly, every component hangs together: Decent acting, great sets, cool music (downloadable from wickedpictures.com) and fine direction. Director Michael Raven has crafted a beautiful, engaging love/revenge story of which all involved can be proud.
Pre-noms: Best Videography, Best Director to Michael Raven, Couples Scenes to Julia Ann/Evan Stone and Jessica Drake/Steven St. Croix, and Best Video to the production overall.
