An apparent "part one" in a would-be series is a variation on a played out theme. The brief topless cruise on a motor scooter and a tidbit at Wrigley Field are the only risky, thereby thematically relevant moments.

There is some routine enjoyment to be had from these occasionally outgoing coeds celebrating Spring Break the exhibitionist way. And while they may be topless, there's really no one around most of the time. The rest of the release rests on its laurels with well over an hour's worth of Mardi Gras filler. The "beads for boobs" routine will bore even the most hard-up diehard.
