Vivid has pretty much always managed to maintain the best stable of performers in the industry, and their current one is perhaps the best they themselves have ever had. (Jenna Jameson, Tera Patrick and Janine – how incredible a trifecta is that?!) Note, however, that we do say "perhaps."

For viewing this series of sans-dialogue vignettes, shot in 1999 and only now being released, reminds one of what a phenomenally pulchritudinous group the Vivid Girls were then - Cheyenne Silver, Cassidey, Raylene, Devon – model-caliber, all - and makes a good case for that era as Vivid's prime.

That said, we suppose we understand why this particular release got shelved for so long - it's very artsy-aspirant, shot entirely in slow motion with lots of blurry camera movement and blowing smoke, as well as original music by director Story. But the sex is all quite good, especially the girl/girl action (there's a Raylene/Dayton Rains scene that's an absolute keeper). So don't be scared off by its age; this is one definitely worth having in stock.
