In this porn-will-eat-itself bit of navel gazing, Eli Cross's meta feature manages to be amusing, sexy and jaded at the same time. Although the script suggests that Cross may be struggling with some disillusionment, it's impossible not to grin at the accuracy of some of his insights.

Jenna Haze plays a pretty porno makeup girl continually encouraged to make the jump to pretty porno princess. Once her good-for-nothing boyfriend starts banging one of her friends, she's ready to give it a pop shot. Although it's a big deal to her, it's ho-hum to director Cross, who can't seem to wait until he's finished taping his stupid looking aliens fucking pretty girls flick within a flick.

The box cover calls Cross "Cash," and the DVD includes behind the scenes footage and still galleries from this and four other titles.
