Though some elements of its formula begin to grow a wee bit tired with this volume of the Jack's Playground series - particularly the "film header" transition effect, which seems to get employed about every five seconds or so - it's still the most entertaining and well-produced series around.
In this one, Jack finds himself being pestered by a girl selling candy door-to-door "for special needs kids." The problem is that the girl (Cherokee, sporting funny granny glasses) has no short-term memory, so she keeps forgetting that she's already been there. Jack exploits her handicap by convincing her that she's his girlfriend - and later, Ben English's - and that the reason she's there is because she wants to fuck. Evil genius, we say. Pre-nom JP for Best Gonzo and/or Continuing Series.
