Shot somewhere in southern Florida, this monotonous exercise in loud, disorderly obnoxiousness represents precisely the sort of thing which passes for electrifying entertainment in that loss of a geographical region. What that would be, as per the illustrative title, is a parade of girls ridiculously twitching their derrieres to thunderous hip hop music while getting doused with bottled water, all in front of hordes of 20-something mouth breathers incessantly shouting such inspired words of encouragement as, "Take it off!"

Unfortunately, very few of these girls do take it off, and even fewer take it all off. Even worse, we have to endure the m.c.s goading them to show skin ... over and over and over again. And then we have sit through them taking votes from the crowd as such: "How many think she should win? Okay, how many think she should win? Okay, how many think she should win? Alright, y'all aren't choosing a clear winner, let's do it again. ..." This goes on interminably.

Things get moderately interesting toward the very end, when two chicks kinda sorta get into a little lesbo touchy-licky action in a walk-in cooler. But it's far from enough to raise more than your drooping eyelids.
