Patricia Kennedy stars as a sex therapist who feeds off of her clients like a piranha in a wading pool. This leads to a series of voice-over vignettes, with the only really hot scene being the strap-on tango between Jill Kelly and P.K. which serves as the finale. The disc itself is competent, if not awe-inspiring. As simple transfers of mediocre videos go, Deviant Doctor is passable.
