This apparently send-up of Coal Miner's Daughter features Marilyn Chambers as the "up 'n coming" country singer given a chance to be the opening act for established star Lisa DeLeeuw, whose drinking and carousing has put her career on the skids. The film focus seems more on the mechanics of becoming a country music star (including whose cock has to be sucked), but Chambers acquits herself well in her five sex scenes.

Most viewers may skip right to the finale – a fourway anal with Richard Pacheco, John C. Holmes and the uncredited Lili Marlene – but Chambers' threeway with Tom Byron and Steve Douglas, and the girl/girler with Cody Nicole are both better … and better lit. Chambers also does a creditable acting job, and lip syncs (we're assuming) her music with the best of 'em.
