What we have here are some silent loops featuring Crystal Lake and a bunch of name and no-name porn people, tied together by some additional footage to supposedly present a week in her life. In six episodes you get everything from soup to nuts... guys and girls, girls and girl, front, back and top loading, multiples, interracial and the ever popular gang bang.

The problem with all of this is that with everybody jumping Crystal's bones there is not a great deal of variation. If you don't like her style (I wasn't thrilled) you won't like any of it. But all is not lost, because there is a saving grace. In episode five, Jamie Gillis and Crystal do a disappearing act, worth the wait, that is exceedingly erotic and very well done.

VCR has issue a whole series of these "Showgirl" volumes, some extremely good. They either feature a star, such as Vanessa Del Rio or Seka, or a specific act or routine, as in Back Door Girls, Dark Passions, or Double Pleasure. There is no subtlety intended here; what you think you'll get is exactly what you get. Though this featurette tape is not on par with some of the company's other releases or Swedish erotic, it's worth a peek.
