A great idea that just misses, this mock, tongue-in-cheek "beauty" contest is not creative nor sexy enough to make for erotic viewing. Four starlets (Tanya Lawson, Robin Everett, Rene Summers and Valerie LaVeau) are vying for the fake title of "Porn Starlet Of The Year," by performing in three categories: bikini (a real bore), strip-tease (none are too talented) and "B.J." This final segment is the real grabber, with the girls going down on four guys wearing paper bags over their heads (I would swear that one is Ron Jeremy).

Other than "B.J.", the only hardcore sex involves Edwards and two of the contestants in a totally superfluous scene. But these segments make up more that half the tape, although it's standard stuff. The dubbed audience sounds, comments by the judges (including Veronica Hart and Henri Pachard) and screenwriter Rick Marx's on the spot interviews make for some humorous moments, but this cassette, as a whole, seems shoddily produced.
