Is it true what they say about having to pay a little in order to get somewhere? Two go-go dancers from DeMoines travel to the Big Apples and pay $600 to get some formal training at the Damien Farber Studio (owned by John Leslie).
The sex in The Pleasures of Innocence is not always erotic, though that takes little away from the film's overall content. There's a lot of decent acting, humor and, for anyone who's ever been to New York City, some comical digs. Unfortunately, a certain sameness clouds the sex scenes.
But the production values are good (despite some lighting problems on some of the daytime scenes) and Angel blitzes the viewer with her gorgeous presence. And just for the sight of Angel alone, I can honestly recommend The Pleasures of Innocence.
