Shaved Pink falls into that mundane category of just-another-video-feature, spiced up by some fetish. I know some people will enjoy this tape because it's all sex —a nice combination of anal, double penetration, straight sex, lesbian sex, shaving of pubic areas and shaved sex. But it looks cheap, sounds cheap and —let's face it— it is cheap.

Ron Jeremy directs the story of some sexually starved people who love shaving their friends and engaging in group sex with another person and a dildo. "You know how your boyfriend hates your (pubic) hair," says one brilliant leading lady to another. "Well, you can shave it off. Isn't that a great idea?" The dialogue remains inane throughout, as several characters, including one man, get shaven clean.

Other than Buffy Davis, the female cast members turn in unmemorable performances. There's echoing sound (and sound editing problems) shadowy lighting and more than a few glitches in the picture quality. On the plus side, Jeremy puts his camera in all the right places and the sex can be clearly seen, if not enjoyed. Shaved Pink will appeal to the crowd that likes actual on-screen shaving, but few others who've witnessed their share of sexvids and anal movies will get much eroticism out of this tape.
