Take the  outrageous sets and sex of producer Gregory Dark, add the steamy sex of director Alex De Renzy, and what do you get (besides horny)? You get Dr. Penetration, a totally bizarre, raunchy Hustler Video tale that overflows with new wave style and gritty, sleazy sex. But be warned, this cooperative effort between Wet Video and "Hustler Magazine" is not for the faint of heart.

William Lee is Dr. Penetration, a mad scientist with a Dr. Strangelove wheelchair and an Albert Einstein hair-do, who lures newlyweds to his castle as part of a strange experiment. The doctor makes the newlyweds his slaves by tapping into their sexual fantasies and stealing their soles (I told you this is bizarre).

An all-star cast provides the action as couple after couple partake in sex that you won't find in tamer videos. Herschel Savage and his bride Stacey Donovan indulge in rubber-garbed sex, before Savage takes off with the butler Igor (Sheri St. Clair) for an anal finale in "the tower." And each succeeding segment (the oily Twister game between St. Clair and Melissa, Brittany Stryker's DP scene with F. Marshall Bradley and Tom Byron, "trashy" Taija Rae's romp with Byron and Lois Ayers (complete with flies), Dick "Lobster Monster" Rambone's ravishing of Melissa) is sexy and funny... and entertaining!

Production qualities, usually one of Dark and De Renzy's strong points, are a little off here. There are plenty of unique camera angles, which make for interesting viewing, but they miss one wet shot (Bradley's during his Pimp/Hooker fantasy) and the voice dubs aren't always in synch with the action.

But that won't stop you from being aroused by this video. The company brags that this may be "the funniest, freakiest, friskiest video ever made." 1 wouldn't go that far, but it is worth watching.
