Henri Pachard might as well take his place next to Albert Brooke and Steven Spielberg as a purveyor of films about the "Great American Suburban Nightmare." This "mess" opens on daughter's wedding day when her old moronic boyfriend shows up and the two get it on. From there we meet a punk band that was hired to play the wedding, and the leader makes it with mom. Everyone else we meet along the way is also crazy, from the video-toting neighbor to the rape-minded punkette.

This is not a wall-to-wall movie. There's a good amount of story linking the sex scenes together and the acting is not only existent but it's pretty well-done, giving this effort that much more creditability. The film is raunchy enough not to qualify as a "couple's film" but it also has none of the sluggishness that earns so many films a big, fat, average rating. Besides, Sharon Mitchell and Sharon Kane turn in more than satisfactorily hot sexual performances.

My prediction is that She's So Fine is one sex movie that will be returned to rental counters fully rewound, because the viewers will care enough about the events and the characters to get all the way through the tape before going off to tend to other matters. Pachard does it again.
