It used to be you could tell a New York adult movie from one filmed in California because it consisted entirely of interior shots.  Not so with Walk On The Wild Side!  This pleasing sexvid has an excellent combination of both. Nikki Charm plays a naïve Midwest girl who comes to the Big Apple in search of a job.  Ron Jeremy makes her feel welcome by renting her a room in his boarding house, and Damien Cashmere gives her inside pointers on how the job market really works.  In spite of this, she soon falls prey to a crooked modeling scheme.

The acting throughout is realistic and you can feel genuine concern for the characters.  Sexual encounters are plentiful and sizzle, except for a couple oft lame lesbian scenes.  The editing is great, most scenes are complete and the lighting is consistently good.  Several distant camera shots are fuzzy, but the close-ups are clear and come when desired.  One major drawback concerns the average appearance of some of the actresses.  The supporting players do not have fantasy-provoking looks.
