Loops are an integral part of the history of adult cinema. For a long time, they were what couples got to watch at home; for features you went to a drive-in with your sweetie. Now, with the advent of home video, adult theaters are closing, drive-ins don't play XXX-rated films any more, and new loops are rarely seen.

And yet, I am almost tempted to describe Wild Stuff as the new generation of loop. There's no plot at all; just a bunch of people sexing it up with each other, while Jeanna Fine narrates, kibitzes and occasionally puts her head down where we've wanted it to be since the beginning of the tape. To be fair, she does have a genuine sex scene with P.M. Bradley near the end, which is in fact the high point of this video, but did the directors have to keep repeating sections of her opening monologue three times?

In general, the darker skinned folks seem to be having a better time of it than the lighter skinned ones, but there are no exceptional performances here. Even the lowly Nina Hartley, with a rose in her hair, can't save this mundane collection of bouncing bodies from its justly deserved average rating.
