A delicious sense of the very absurd runs through The Immorals, a soap opera that, at recent count, will have at least four installments. So, if you're going to settle in for the long haul, get to know the characters. Grapenuts flakes —each and every one of them.
Bill Margold plays the judge, a man who hasn't judged anything in this feature but wears leather underwear beneath his courtly robes, sucks grapefruit pulp and jerks off into coffee creamers. Viper, his maid, has the hots for the judge's wife Lee Caroll and (I suspect) the son, Johnny Marino who ticks off his "white trash" bride Stephanie Rage by coming on her side of the bed and getting the sheets wet.
The judge mourns his other son Joey Silvera a long-lost Vietnam vet who shows up unexpectedly —deranged and apparently victim of one too many exposures to agent orange.
The intrigue of this feature is its total fallout from mainstream adult video. It's completely bizarre, but fast moving with a great sense of camera and, most importantly, fun. As nuts as it is, women should fin The Immorals immensely enjoyable. A choice array of non-cliche sex scenes is also a great selling point if you're looking for something different, and don't forget the hook —it's a series, thus encouraging a turnover business.
