Sharon Mitchell plays an investigator who checks herself into "St. Nowhere" a booby hatch for broads which is suspected of being a less than straight institution. Once there, Mitchell finds out the real nuts are the ones running the place. The sex is hot and varied. There are lots of she-male encounters, lesbo activities and enemas. Most of the sex is forced and Summer St. Cerly as Nurse Wretched plays that part to the hilt. But it's Robert Bullock as the straight but crazy Dr. Sy Kosysis who steals the show with his sinister but looney scene.
