It's good to see the producers get rid of the "Kascha and Francois watch sex on TV" bit. Trouble is, it took them seven installments to figure out it doesn't work. Unfortunately, in trying to put together a coherent Miami Vice – type story, they have pretty much flopped in the coherent writing and editing department.
This time out, The Chief (Ron Jeremy) has gone bad, and the good guys must uncover his misdeeds and put him away. Too bad it didn't include the writer.
K & F do their expected number on the beach. Bosomy Cassandra in her bout with Tom Byron is one nice cookie as is Brandi Wine with Ronny. A solid story would have been the right way to go, but this one takes too many U-turns. Great packaging . . onto a new series.
