A house formerly occupied by a basement scientist goes up for sale, but neither the real estate agent (Dough) nor his top saleswoman (Adams) are aware of the chemical residue permeating the home which acts as an aphrodisiac. When the renovators (Victory and East) are expelled for having sex on the premises, it should give them a clue, but the property is resold to a yuppie couple. The randy youngsters (Daniels and Lee) are soon worn to a frazzle, so the debauched dwelling is vacated and ready to devour more prurient prey.
Hard Sell has an interesting story that never really develops – merely acting as the springboard to set up seven sexual liaisons. Were it not for the quality and intensity of the latter, this release would be entirely forgettable, but this house has a foundation of solid rock due to passionate performances. For sex, worth it.
