Quick, in your best Joe Piscopo, repeat after me: "We wuz wonderin' what it would be like if you took a naykid goll (girl)... and gave her a brain." By the time we roll around to Volume 6 of this tired series, the girls and the concepts have bags under their eyes the size of potato sacks.

The tuxedoed Funt and the canned laugh track are at it again. If you know how the routine goes, it hashes out like this: A naked girl trolleys into a room and the "candid" camera picks up the dumb expression she solicits from a guy who looks like a bit player in "Mayberry, R.F.D." Then Funt pops out of the woodwork and tells Gomer Pyle he's been had, and everybody yuks it up.

By the sixth lap, now we've got a horse frothing at the mouth. One too many Corners and one too many skit rehashes. Even the presence of cupcakes Michelle Bauer and Becky LeBeau (both in lackluster vignettes) are so-what efforts. Looks like the writers' strike paid a call here, too.
