Despite some decent production values and European locales, this feature fails to thrill as often as it could. Perhaps the spy genre is just too dated to lampoon anymore; after Roger Moore and Inspector Clouseau, there's little left to say on the subject.
Oblivious to this, Tracey Adams and her second in command, Shanna McCullough, race through Europe hell bent on toppling evil governments with a combination of sex and blackmail, all committed under the auspices of our own CIA, headed by Randy Spears.
Although the sex is sometimes erotic, it's impact is diluted because of the silly plot machinations that set it up. (Well, at least there is a plot.)
