This is one of those bondage tapes that you'll either love or else you just won't get it at all. It consists of two scenes of Mistress Ilsa smacking guys around. First, there's her love, whom Ilsa thinks has wrongfully bopped a fellow slave. This guy gets spanked and generally humiliated for awhile. Then in comes slave Scott Baker who plays "IRS agent" and promptly gets his share of degradation and mild corporal punishment. There's no nudity at all so if light B & D isn't your bag, there's nothing for you. If you do get turned on by this sort of thing, go for it.
