How many of you have been inside a genuine Oriental massage parlor? Well, this one wasn't shot in one.

But that's OK, because the ladies are cute and the guys, hunky. Kristara Barrington gives her usual firey performance and newcomer Miki Kurosawa does a splendid job of pleasuring the madame, Tiffany Storm. But that's it for genuine Orientals in this feature, and no true American-style geisha house would consider employing westerners like Ronnie Dickson and Barbi Dahl. But that would be their loss, since Dickson performs in the hottest scenes in Year of the Sex Dragon, one with Peter North and another with Tom Byron while Kurosawa engulfs Don Gomez.

The story loses some credibility when the Madame claims that only massages, not sex, are given in this house. Little does she know what her girls do behind closed doors. The truth is, of course, that there are very few genuine Oriental massage parlors in the country that deal strictly with massage and no tipping allowed; certainly very few of them are in a major city like San Francisco where this sexvid appears to take place.

So watching Year of the Sex Dragon requires, as Coleridge put it, "a willing suspension of disbelief." But then it's, enjoyment all the way. Although writer/director Ron Jeremy feeds his actors some boring dialog, he has really learned how to shoot sex.

Oh well, just hit the fast forward on your VCR during the dumb dialog. But as soon as you see everyone undress, go back to play, and then hold on tight for hot sex.
