Nominal star Stephanie Adams, who radiates and who needs more screen time, disappears after the opening all-girl scene, leaving her friends to talk about her before they strip for action, thereby satisfying the daily minimum requirements for plot. Aside from Adams, co-director/player Tony Montana is the only cast member to rise above the feature's limitations, with two fine closing scenes. The quartet of female "starlet" supporting players offer little to recommend, and technical aspects of some scenes seem amateurish.
There's no point to getting out black tie and tails for Putting on the Ritz as "a million dollar trooper," it ain't.
