Marino hits the right ironic tone in this broad, fabulously wackyh spoof of cheesy 1950s sci-fi flicks, with paper-plate UFO's, scream queen bimbos, cheesy alien costumes, manufactured film breaks, goofy makeup, and even a deliberately mistimed overdub of Beatrice Valle's dialogue, solving the accent problem. And Plan 69 From Outer Space never forgets the most important thing: steamy, sultry sex.
The close encounter of Woody Long and Blake Palmer's pie-plate space-ship (from the planet Dworkin, no less) causes Peter North's plane to lose control. With a cry of "The controls are out – you're going down!", stewardess Valle goes down on North. He licks her Bionca-esque stiff nipples and pussy, and fucks her to a crash landing. Meanwhile, bikini-clad "rocket scientists" Celeste and Dyanna Lauren, two of porn's prettiest, lick labe with abandon as the aliens spy on them while they sunbathe. The aliens send a Dracula clone (Brad Armstrong) to seduce Dyanna – love the organ music! Dyanna, who has previously done mostly tease and girl/girl, has a great hardcore hetero debut, enthusiastically slamming her mouth and blonde pussy down on Drac's lucky prick.
Peter crash-lands into Celeste's living room. She reveals a gift for talking dirty, and hteir mutual oral ministrations are among the best of the year. The aliens arrive, and, in a sequence of events that telescope the story, albeit cleverly, into a few moments, Woody blasts Peter tokingdom come, paving the way for a three-way with Celeste and Beatrice. Huzzahs to director Marino and writer L.S. Talbot for bringing something new and different to the porn screen, and kudos to Blake Palmer's Harpo-esque alien, and Marino's wacky narration, too. One of the craziest contributions to the XXX/sci-fi genre, so keep that in mind in your marketing strategies.
