This is a lighthearted tongue-in-(ahem!)-cheek sexual adventure where every girl does it doggy-style and, in most cases, anal. Sean Michaels plays the good doctor whose patient Louise Armani is searching for a real screaming orgasm. He and Cal Jammer both give Louise their best shot -- which naturally winds up on her lovely British arse.

A few highlights include an anal scene with Stacey Nichols and Biff Malibu, Marissa Malibu and Bridgette Aimé rubbing rears, Bridgette letting Sean get in a four-legged poke or two, and Dr. Michaels' bedside manner.
