What I know about sexual anomalies you can stick up the ass of an amoeba, so the opening scene in which the exotic Kianne (you'll see why) is examined by "doc" E.Z. Ryder and is diagnosed a 46, XX Karotype, flies straight over the noggin'.
It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Kianne is one of those rare medical phenomena that has both male and female external genitalia, and the video, obviously, conveys those abilities to the hilt. Kianne is seen in a solo masturbation sequence in which the penis stands erect like the Washington monument and shoots off like a geyser. And Kianne is able to perform sex with both men and women as the respective scenes with Holly Ryder and Jamie Lee (a threesome) and later with Wes Daniels and Dan Hooper more than aptly suggest. Interestingly, this latter scene is video interpretated where it has almost a detached, animation quality to it. Figuring that it is Kianne who is the giver (wearing a prophylactic), suggests that maybe a punch or two might have been held here.
In a scene that could have found its place in any other video, Candace Heart gives it to Jordan Smith in the butt via a strap-on. That Heart has already performed this same task in other features, doesn't give it the notoriety it might have had, had it been the first time.
While the video has its exploitational aspect to consider, it's presentation doesn't satray much further than your garden variety sex feature.
