Two separate stories are presented in Sweet Surrender, Pt. 1 and the bondage is of the medium dirty variety.  In the first skit, Damon is punished by Mistress Destiny on the "sketch rack" because he doesn't show up for his discipline lessons often enough.  Filled with female domination, male submission and male humiliation, there is some use of chains and Damon is subjected to genital torture.  The second plot has Dusty being delivered to Tanya Fox and Lady K. for some needed discipline.  She is immediately chained up and subjected to pussy and tit torture.  There is lots of whimpering, some light duty lesbo love and quite a bit of total nudity.  The intensity level is strong throughout this tape and the acting is realistic.
