For a fee, Joey Silvera will make the daydreams of his clients come true. When individuals visit him in his eerie office, they express their wishes, he sets a fee and they disappear into their own private dreamland which is then faded in for the viewer to enjoy.
All of the sexual encounters are average and for a cute story line begging for more meat, Dream Merchant just barely climbs above the average level of material being released. Much of the credit for this belongs on the shoulders of Wayne Summers who turns in a fine performance as Rico Ricardo, a Chicago gangster from 1933, who makes it with his moll, Lauren Brice. The sets and props are on the money in this sequence. Unfortunately, the rest of the tape is forgettable and contains lukewarm sex.
