Great title — but don't look for great political satire here. Just some cartoon characters with funny names (.Joey Fuckabutto? Charlie Two-Holes?) and an inane script peppered with some cute porn in-jokes. But if you like some great straight-up-the-ass camera work, long leg shots, and hot all-d.p. action, WashingtonD.P. delivers.

Rebecca Bardoux's sandwich with Joey and Cal ends in a double facial; while Crystal catches a double tit-splash after her front-and-rear reaming by Nick and Mark. Nicole London is the most enthusiastic, giving T.T. and Cal great head and doggie action before getting both holes crammed. Cumisha trying to read lines is embarrassingly reminiscent of similar attempts by Dan Quayle, and Mark and Joey aren't much better, making their three-way the only clinker of the bunch. Sloe-eyed Carmen St. Clan wins the hair-tossing and tit-bouncing contest, responding warmly in a closing d.p. with Nick and T.T. Boxes note the company's promotional contest for a trip to Puerto Vallarta.
